Terms & Conditions
These terms cover private tours and chauffeur bookings with Cocoridge Private Tours.
Bookings and quotes
Bookings are confirmed in writing once the date, pick-up details, guest numbers and price are agreed. Quotes are based on the arrangements discussed at the time of enquiry.
On the day
Routes and stops are flexible, though changes on the day may affect timing and, where they add significant distance or hours, the final cost. Entry fees, meals and drinks are not included unless stated.
Safety and conduct
All passengers must wear seatbelts and follow reasonable directions from the driver. We may end a booking without refund if behaviour puts the safety of passengers or the driver at risk.
Liability
We take reasonable care with your belongings and your booking, but we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or third-party venues.
