Plans change. Let us know as early as you can and we'll work with you.
Cancelling a booking
Cancellations made well ahead of your date can be refunded or credited in full. Close to the date, a portion of the fee may be retained where the vehicle and driver can no longer be re-booked.
Rescheduling
Moving a confirmed booking to another date is usually possible at no extra cost, subject to availability.
Weather
Tours run in most conditions and the route is adjusted to suit. If conditions make a day unsafe, we'll offer an alternative date or a full refund.
How to cancel
Email us with your booking date and name and we'll confirm the change in writing.
