Privacy Policy
We keep this simple: we only collect what we need to arrange your tour or transfer, and we don't share it with anyone who isn't part of delivering it.
What we collect
Your name, email address, phone number and the details you include in an enquiry — dates, pick-up address, guest numbers and any preferences relevant to the day.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, quote and confirm bookings, and contact you about arrangements on the day. We don't send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Sharing
Details are only shared where necessary to run your booking — for example a restaurant or venue reservation made on your behalf. We do not sell personal information.
Keeping and removing information
Enquiry and booking records are kept for as long as needed for business and tax purposes. Ask us at any time to see or delete the information we hold about you.
